Patient Care Assistant

Day to Day Responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):

  • Creating an exceptional experience for each and every patient in our office. (scheduling, phone calls, emails, text messaging, and controlling office flow)
  • Performing Insight Nervous System Scans on patients. (Unique technology that tells us how each patient’s body is functioning – training will be provided.)
  • Educating patients about the health and wellness benefits of regular Chiropractic Care.
  • Reviewing financial care plans and financial agreements with patients.
  • Collecting payments from patients.
  • Assisting with community outreach and marketing programs (very occasional weekend hours required.)
  • Computer tasks (data entry, spreadsheet maintenance both in Microsoft office and Google Docs, inter-office communication etc.).
  • Basic administration and project management duties.
  • Inventory, ordering and stocking office supplies.

Hours and Compensation:

This is a full-time salaried position with core hours as follows:

Monday 7:30am-6:00pm (1 hour lunch)

Tuesday 1:00pm-6:00pm

Wednesday 7:30am-6:00pm (1 hour lunch)

Thursday 7:30am-6:00pm (1 hour lunch)

Pay: Salary dependent upon experience + qualifications.


Benefits include complimentary Chiropractic care for candidate and immediate family members. Eligible for Aflac short-term disability/maternity leave and Simple IRA retirement policy after 1 year of employment. Eligible for paid time off after 90 days.
